What is the Mind Detox Method?

The Mind Detox Method was created by Sandy C Newbigging in 2005.  It consists of 5 simple steps that contain powerful questions asked between a Mind Detox Practitioner and a client to discover and heal negative beliefs (often hidden in the more subtle realms of the mind) to let go of problems and stress and instead enjoy more peace, happiness and life success.Mind Detox

Mind Detox works on healing the potential mind based causes of physical, emotional and life problems. In a nutshell, if something negative is happening to your body or in your life and you don’t know why, then Mind Detox can help find out what the cause is and resolve it.
